This is the a-side to welfare line by third point on soul fire records. Heavy downtempo funk with a nasty break to start things off, then rolls into a downtempo groove. Being on soul fire, I'm sure the daptone family has some contribution to this 45. If I had to take a guess, I would say that this record was pressed late 90's early 2000's.
